You invest in a specific property owned or acquired by Rakma Global. Your capital is invested against our equity in that property, with returns designed to come from two sources: a fixed income return paid quarterly and a share of the property’s appreciation at the end of the investment term. You participate as a passive investment partner while Rakma Global oversees the property, operations, and investment process.
Rakma Global opportunities are available to eligible investors. Depending on the specific offering, this may include accredited investors and, in some cases, retail investors under applicable exemptions. Our team will guide you through the eligibility process before you invest.
The current minimum investment is $10,000 per property. This allows investors to gain meaningful exposure to private real estate while preserving a focused, well-managed investor base for each opportunity.
Returns are structured in two parts: a guaranteed annual income return that is fixed, contractual, and paid quarterly; and a share of capital appreciation at exit, which depends on property performance and is not guaranteed. Together, these components target a blended annual return of 8–12%. We distinguish clearly between the guaranteed income component and the market-dependent appreciation component.

At the end of the lock-in period, the property is positioned for exit or the investment is otherwise completed according to the terms of the offering. Rakma Global returns your initial principal investment, along with your share of any capital appreciation realized during the investment term.
